Thousands of Dollars Later, Met with Rudeness and Missing Wine

点评:Think twice, maybe thrice before signing up for a membership at Deerfield.
Unfortunately, I parted ways with Deerfield after having a wine membership with them for years because of their rude and unprofessional behavior this past week.
I was trying to pick up my wine order that I had been charged for in October. The worker initially refused to give me my order, claiming it had been shipped, but was unable to show me any indication it was, such as a tracking number.
My membership has always been a pick-up, and it stated so on the receipt.
They finally did give me some of my order after asking for the second time. The worker was trying to embarrass me openly in the tasting room and then only gave me 5 of the 6 bottles that were on my order.
This was very disappointing to be treated like this after the thousands of dollars I have given this winery over the years.
When calling to cancel, the employee didn’t even bother to ask why or even care that I was canceling.
To me, that speaks volumes about the kind of place this must be to work at.
I’m sincerely disappointed, but fortunately, there are countless other small wineries in the area to take my business to.
