I didn't want a souvenir, but something meaningful that would be a reminder of our honeymoon and our first anniversary together. I had no idea what I was looking for until I met Marco.
Marco is everything you hope for when you walk into an artisan shop in Italy. Patient, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what his family has been creating for generations. He took the time to explain the history behind the Venetian Happiness Ring — the 500-year-old filigree tradition, the symbolism behind every knot in the band, and what it has meant to Venetian couples across the centuries. By the time he finished, I wasn't just buying a ring. I was buying a piece of living Venetian history to give to the woman I just married.
