点评：Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service
We visited today with our 5-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed.
Our son was asked to leave the baby area as he is over the age limit. He did so immediately without any argument. However, we noticed several other children who also appeared to be over the age limit (although under 5) continuing to play in the same area without being spoken to, making it feel as though the rules were being enforced inconsistently.
A little later, our son briefly helped his 1-year-old sister into the baby area before leaving. Almost instantly, a member of staff made an announcement over the tannoy telling him to get out. He wasn't playing in the area—he was simply helping his younger sister.
When we politely questioned whether our son was being singled out, the staff member's response was dismissive, simply stating that she had "already told us the rules." During the conversation, she even stopped midway to serve another customer before returning to us, with no apology or acknowledgement that we were trying to raise a concern.
We asked to speak to a manager but were abruptly told there wasn't one available. Again, there was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation.
We fully understand that rules exist for a reason and have no issue with them being enforced. Our disappointment lies in the inconsistent application of those rules and the rude, dismissive attitude of the staff throughout our visit.
As local residents, we had hoped this would become somewhere we visited regularly with our children. Sadly, after today's experience, we won't be returning.

我们完全理解制定规则是有其道理的，对于规则的严格执行也并无异议。让我们失望的是，这些规则的执行并不一致，而且在整个参观过程中，工作人员的态度也粗鲁且漠不关心。
作为当地居民，我们原本希望这里能成为经常带孩子光顾的地方。可惜，经历了今天的体验后，我们不会再来了。
