点评:The accessibility of this site is what lets it down most to me. If you're in a wheelchair, there's no point in visiting - almost none of the site will be accessible to you, due to narrow walkways, uneven slopes, and areas only accessible via steps. I use a crutch and struggled to navigate it, especially the ten bob barn. If you have mobility problems, don't bother.
There's a good range of books and they're fairly well sorted. I visited in February and the entire site was very cold - wear multiple layers. There are some sofas and a couple of seats dotted around, which is good. The children's books are almost all up a narrow staircase, which is deeply unfortunate.
Some cakes are on sale, and there's a self-service coffee machine - not really my bag, but if you want a snack and a mid-quality coffee, it's great for you!
It wasn't too busy when I arrived, but people gradually and steadily arrived during my visit - due to the narrow walkways even just a few other people makes it hard to navigate, so I really wouldn't want to visit on a busier day.
Prices seemed largely reasonable.
Overall, not really worth it - sadly, the total lack of physical accessibility makes it a complete loss for me. I'd been really excited to visit - I've visited similar shops before in Hay-on-Wye and had an amazing time - but was disappointed.
