Elephant Valley Project的点评
点评：My three-week journey through Cambodia has been the best experience I’ve had this year. I came here hoping for a healing journey—a way to say goodbye to my father, who passed away in January—and somehow, Cambodia gave me exactly what I needed.
One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the Elephant Valley Project. Seeing the female elephants in their natural habitat was a gift to my soul and my senses. It’s difficult to put into words the incredible beauty, intelligence, and gentle presence of these animals. Being so close to them, simply observing them as they went about their daily routines, their ways of communicating, their elegant and graceful walks, and their feeding and bathing—felt like a dream come true.
I truly believe the Elephant Valley Project treats these elephants with love, dignity, and respect. It was wonderful to see the guides and mahouts caring for them, listen to their stories, and learn about the elephants as individuals. I also loved experiencing the warmth, sweetness, and gentleness of the Bunong people.
The project offers what felt to me like a truly ethical and respectful approach to elephant tourism. The women running the project are doing a fantastic job. Congratulations, and thank you for creating such a meaningful experience!
