点评：How do I even start, but here it goes …My husband and I were in GA on a small getaway from FL. Upon our arrival a second in the door the lady at register yelled at us asking if we had reservations. We kindly replied “no, because we’re not from the area and weren’t aware we had to”. The lady then proceeded telling us very rudely that kitchen was booked for the day and that they couldn’t accommodate us. Understandable I said internally but given we weren’t able to eat we were ready to leave when she then said “well you can still do a tasting if you hurry up and my husband takes you in the counter “. We looked at each other and kindly agreed but then this lady had the audacity to tell us she’ll call us “illegal immigrants”. Never felt so insulted and treated so rudely by complete strangers! Then we’re at the “tasting “, if you can call it that ! And the husband was worse than the wife . He was extremely rude. Didn’t clean glasses after touching his face , rushed through the “tasting” and kept on referring to us as “illegal immigrants “ because we didn’t have a reservation! They’re lucky we have manners and are kind people, that we endured the rudeness and even contributed on buying a bottle of wine ! Never again will we set foot in that establishment! There are ways when speaking to potential customers and that wasn’t it ! A “we’re sorry but we’re full” or something in that nature would have sufficed. And just to be completely clear we are FREAKING US CITIZENS that love to travel , discover little establishments and live in FL!!! Yours truly-“the so called-illegal immigrants “
翻译：我该从何说起呢？好吧，就这么办吧……我和丈夫从佛罗里达州来佐治亚州短途旅行。我们刚进门，收银员就冲我们大吼，问我们有没有预订。我们客气地回答说：“没有，因为我们不是本地人，不知道需要预订。” 然后，那位女士非常粗鲁地告诉我们，厨房当天已经订满了，他们无法接待我们。我心里想，这可以理解，但既然吃不上饭，我们正准备离开。这时，她又说：“如果你们快点，我丈夫可以带你们去柜台，你们还是可以尝尝的。” 我们互相看了一眼，客气地答应了。但这位女士竟然厚颜无耻地威胁说要骂我们是“非法移民”。我从未感到如此受辱，被完全陌生的人如此粗鲁地对待！接下来就是所谓的“品尝”了！而且，那位先生比她更糟糕，他极其粗鲁无礼。他摸完脸后竟然没擦杯子，匆匆忙忙地“品尝”完酒，还因为我们没有预订就一直骂我们是“非法移民”！幸亏我们懂礼貌，人也善良，才忍受了他们的粗鲁无礼，甚至还帮他们买了一瓶酒！我们以后再也不会踏进这家店一步！跟顾客说话有很多种方式，他们这种做法完全不行！一句“不好意思，我们客满了”之类的客套话就足够了。还有，我要郑重声明，我们是热爱旅行、喜欢探索小店、住在佛罗里达州的美国公民！！！此致，——“所谓的非法移民”
