Club De Golf La Peraleja的点评
点评：The Peraleja is under redevelopment and has been purchased by new developers. The fort 9 holes at golf course has been reseeded and remaining 9 are being worked on.The plan is to reopen the course in Spring 2026. The old La Vista restaurant and piano are bar are currently being refurbished and are due to reopen in Spring 2026. The unfinished properties are now owned by the developer and are being renovated, many have already sold. The plan is to start building new properties shortly. The site will have new sports facilities and a nature area with mountain bike routes. All the properties have own pool and as the work progresses the prices are rising. A great place to buy, but no short term renting is permitted so limited to residents and holiday home owners. Is a good place and soon will be a great place.
