点评：My wife and I were in Fairbanks for three days in early June. The weather was in the upper 60s and sunny, so sitting outside at HooDoo's lovely patio was a real treat. I cannot imagine what it would be like in the winter. The place was packed, first of all. I'd guess a mix of locals and tourists, but it felt (mostly) like a popular, industrial park area brewery anywhere in the country. And I mean that in a good way. It felt familiar and welcoming, even for our first time there.

So right there, we were enjoying our visit. But then we tried the beer! Outstanding!! Between my wife and I, we enjoyed 4 different varieties, and all were excellent. I will say that I had the Maibock and it was the best I've had. I'm not usually a huge fan of this style, but HooDoo's hit the spot!! If you only have time to go to one brewery in Fairbanks, this is the one!!

(They have great merchandise too. And the day we were there, a tasty food truck.)
