Reliable Company, Not-So-Thrilling Ride

点评：My daughter and I recently did the “90-minute” ATV adventure with ATV Extreme. I want to start by saying that the staff running the operation were incredibly friendly, polite, and hospitable, which left a very positive impression.
However, the equipment was quite old, and my ATV was almost undrivable, pulling hard to the left, so I had to swap with the guide.
Based on this, I suspect that other adventure providers offering similar ATV experiences in the area may also use old or unreliable equipment, which could affect both enjoyment and safety.
Although we booked the “90-minute” adventure, after just fifteen minutes we had a 20-minute stop at a very ordinary qnd small waterfall. This pause came out of the allocated time, so the actual riding time was probably closer to 60 minutes, which I feel is unreasonable.
The guide was very responsible and attentive, which was certainly a positive. He didn’t speak much English, which made communication a bit challenging, but we were in his country and it’s perhaps a little unfair to expect everyone to speak English.
Another positive was that it was just the three of us, so it felt more private and intimate rather than part of a large group.
The trail itself was okay, but nothing particularly special, and the ride was not at all intense. Those seeking more thrills should request a more challenging route before starting.
Unfortunately, we were given no formal health and safety training, aside from a brief 30-second demonstration of the throttle and brakes before heading off.
Compared to other ATV experiences I’ve enjoyed in other locations, it wasn’t as exciting or enjoyable. I would have rated this experience three stars, but because the staff were so friendly and helpful, I’m boosting it to four stars.
