点评：I recently purchased a beautiful pair of 18k white gold earrings with white and black diamonds from Orchid House. To say I was nervous about purchasing a high-value piece of jewellery abroad is an understatement!
Orchid House were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They patiently answered my hundreds of questions and were always very quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages. They also arranged for the earrings to be independently assessed by a gemologist, with the cost deducted from the price of the earrings, which gave me extra reassurance.
I have since had the earrings valued independently in the UK and I’m very happy with the outcome. The whole experience was made so much easier by how helpful and responsive Orchid House were.
I absolutely love my new earrings and would happily recommend Orchid House to anyone considering purchasing jewellery from them.
