Rude manager doesn’t honor gift cards

点评：I do not take reviews lightly due to the fact it could damage a business, I put some thought into this before I decided to post this.
My family and I visited on Father’s Day to play at the newly renovated mini golf course ”BEDROCK”
I have a gift card, on the gift card it states “no expiration dates or service fees” when you scan the QR code on the back and follow the process it says there is a 50$ balance.
When we first arrived we spoke to a young woman that wasn’t sure how to use the gift card, but was very helpful and allowed my family to get started while she waited on the manager to help her. I left the gift card with the young woman and planned to stop back at the building there once we were completed to get the gift card back with the remaining balance.
We were about half way through the mini golf course when we were approached by a woman who was clearly the manager. She proceeded to tell me the gift card was not valid and could not be used. I questioned her on this based of the facts on the gift card, she once again told me it was not valid, I started to tell her “That’s fine I’ll pay for this but I’m “ and that’s when I was rudely cut off and told you don’t have to pay for this round. Ok it’s nice of her to allow me not to pay but to cut me off while I’m speaking was rude, and she put the gift card in her pocket. My wife had to ask her for the gift card back. At this point she was walking away and I did not continue to debate with her because I was trying to enjoy time with my family on Father’s Day.
Money is not an issue and I have absolutely no problem with paying. But when a gift card says no expectation date and has a 50$ balance how does it become no good.
The woman then walked away never to be seen again, at the end of the course we spoke with the young woman again and once again she was helpful, we bought a coke and a few waters and were on our way to our next adventure for the day.

The manager could have and should have waited till we were finished to have the conversation but instead she interrupted my family’s time and was rude.
After reviewing their google page it’s clear they do not care about negative reviews due to absolutely no response to them or any care to help their paying customers.
I can say with confidence if the course was not so well established they would not make it very long due to poor customer service.

我可以自信地说，如果课程不是那么完善，他们不会因为糟糕的客户服务而开很长时间。
