点评:I would have given it a 5 except for hostess Mary due to her pretentious and dismissive attitude upon arrival bc we did not have a reservation yet not fully booked. Also dismissive about having a glass of wine while we wait which we offered to do. Told us it was going to be 30 min and should go elsewhere - decided to wait - seated 10-15 later bc plenty of open tables! My dad was so upset by how we were initially treated that he wanted to leave, but I refused to let Mary ruin this experience. Visiting from Boston, I treated my 80 yo parents to a week here staying at the Ritz Santa Barbara for their 81st bdays and 61st wedding anniversary. I would not have what I do today wo their sacrifices which were great. The Ritz recommended Roblar and Sunstone for wineries as must sees/visits. We asked if we needed a reservation to eat at Roblar and they said no so we took their recommended loop starting from Lake Cachuma around (highly recommend). 5 stars goes to server Carolina and the rest of the staff (bussers food runners and other servers - wonderful) AND food which was amazing! Atmosphere with wisteria hanging and surrounding vineyards simply gorgeous!! Carolina was incredible and so knowledgeable that I bought a membership and a case of wine shipped home. Thank you to the wonderful staff except for Mary who might need re-training as the first representative that you had upon arrival.
