Came for mermaids, watched hotel goers swimming

点评：We were so excited to come to the mermaid show. We arrived at the opening time since I was told we could not reserve times (even though that’s what the website says). So 6 pm we show up with our excited little kids in tow. We order. Wait. Watch random hotel goers swimming in the port hole. The mermaids were apparently going to show up at 7:30. We didn’t budget > 90 minutes for a dinner we had planned with our young kids, so we did not get to see a mermaid.
The food was not that good. I had the butternut squash ravioli and the filling was way too sweet. I did not eat it. My husband had the rigatoni and he said by the texture it tasted microwaved. The desserts were good.
I hate to leave such a bad review because I can tell the manager cares enough to try to correct things when they are wrong, but there were so many mistakes. The website as of today is VERY misleading. I think a lot could be improved and fixed by setting clear expectations on when and where the mermaid shows occur.
