点评：I would not recommend visiting Chatham Odeon.
Less than 24hrs of a customer forgetting their jacket in the cinema, a member of staff failed to report as lost and found, took the jacket and stated to wear it to work.
My experience working there was deeply disappointing. I was dismissed after an incident where I safeguarded and returned a lost wallet directly to a customer (on behalf of my colleague), with nothing missing. Instead of recognising this, the company treated it as misconduct and terminated my employment.
The way I was treated left me feeling unfairly targeted and unsupported. It was one of the most disheartening experiences of my career and I believe bias played a role in how the situation was handled.
From what I saw, staff are not treated equally or fairly, which raises serious concerns about how this workplace operates. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage others from supporting this cinema.
