Nice Events, Frustrating Mall Experience

点评：The mall is clearly undergoing renovation, and some of the newer areas look promising. There is also a lot done right in terms of atmosphere — the winter markets, pop-up events, and occasional flash mobs add life and energy to the space. Unfortunately, the underlying building structure and current layout massively let the mall down.
Parking:
The car park is very tight, and parking has moved to a ticketless paid system. Signage is poor, which will easily catch many visitors out, particularly first-time visitors.
Lifts & Accessibility:
Accessibility is a major issue, especially with a pram. Many lifts are under refurbishment, and the main lift block appears to have been removed without replacement — the three lifts that were taken out have not been reinstated. As a result, getting from the car park into the mall often requires navigating two or three separate lifts, which is impractical and frustrating.
Toilets & Signage:
Signage for toilets is shocking, possibly due to the ongoing renovations, but it makes finding facilities unnecessarily difficult. Toilets are spaced far apart, and most male baby-changing facilities appear to be closed, which is particularly inconvenient for fathers with young children.
Overall, while the events and seasonal activations are well executed, the basic infrastructure — parking, lifts, toilets, and signage — currently makes the mall awkward to use. Once renovations are complete this may improve, but at present the building itself significantly detracts from the experience.
