点评：My husband and I did the Owl encounter, with Sophie as our handler/guide. It was an incredible experience! We had a good chance to look around the centre and see all the birds first of all, and it's clear how well looked after they all are, and there's so much information about both the individual birds, and their species.
While walking around, we met the owners - who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative - as well as meeting all their beautiful dogs who accompained us around the centre (much to our delight).
During the owl encounter, Sophie walked us around and told us about the birds, then we had the absolutely amazing experience of flying 3 absolutely stunning owls; Chester, Louis and Spud. Throughout this, there was not a question that Sophie couldn't answer about any bird at the centre, and she gave us such a great insight and appreciation about the issues affecting birds of prey, and their complex needs, and it was again incredibly clear how much she cared for the birds, and her enthusiasm was completely infectious. She also informed us about the veterinary care for the birds, and about how alot of this is done on site, due to their specialist knowledge.
If we find ourselves nearby we will revisit without a doubt, and we would highly recommend a visit to anyone
