点评:We arrived at about 1pm on a Thursday having got the train to Toseong subway station. From there it is a simple 10-15 minute walk up the hill which is signposted. It is clear from the signage that locals do not want tourists taking taxis to the village which I understand having visited.
We spent about two ours here having a walk around and having lunch. We ate at FOSOS art gallery which I highly recommend (but it ain’t on trip advisor - vegan sandwich and smoothie were great.
Some reviewers call it a tourist trap which nearly put me off visiting. But I disagree - yes there are many shops selling goods for tourists but there is also a lot more to this area than that. It is a nice place for lunch, a place to get the steps up, a place to see some nice views of the city. Maybe it would feel more like a tourist trap if visiting on a group tour. But there is no pushy salespeople, or people trying to drag you into shops. Also the items we bought were from Korean artists and went mass produced items.
I wouldn’t be put off by the reviews and would recommend visiting. I’m glad I have been.
