点评：We love that this is our local venue for all sorts of shows and community events.
The culture of access and inclusion is the best I've experienced. I can wake at 3am, scroll through shows and book if I want to... Why is the is special? Cos most places as a wheelchair user needing a space and companion carer ticket I have to call in box office hours....
I signed up for an account, sent just a photo of my PIP letter and now when I choose seats it comes up with wheelchair spaces.
It also asked if I receive Universal Credit and as I do that's on my account too. The discounts have enabled us to see shows I never thought we'd manage after having to give up paid work.
We go to see orchestras with local school kids and groups playing too, national touring shows like 9 to 5, panto with family is in our reach again and it's fantastic!
Access is step free, there are several accessible toilets including Changing Places toilet.
There is a safe, welcoming toilet for every gender.
Staff are so lovely, well trained and it feels like a safe place to have a brilliant evening... Which can be mega hard in some places.
