A castle tradition

点评：This was our second visit two months and stayed in the castle accomodation for 5 nights.
We again throughly enjoyed our time here and when away from the castle, we always enjoyed returning in the afternoon.
Walking around the grounds at night was again a great experience for the boys.
We had great interactions with shop owners, enjoyed the skills and jousting events on the main arena and as always, we enjoyed exploring the knights towers, the maze, torture museum and spending time with the animals Kevin, Finley and Favourite. The jesters provided some laughs and the boys had fun testing out their archery skills.
It was a bit disappointing that a couple of the shops had closed since our last visit and some of the attractions looked very tired and in need of some love, but we really enjoyed our time here. Visiting the castle has become an annual tradition for us and we hope to be back again soon.
