Absolutely terrible service!!!

点评：Me and my partner visited this pub for the first time last weekend we took one of our dogs in with us to then be told no dogs allowed in the pub, despite multiple online platforms stating otherwise. So I respected what the man said and put my dog back in car to then walk back into the pub to see a couple standing at the bar with a collie… the man claimed to not have noticed the dog which was a lie as he walked past it multiple times, gave table service to them and it was whining. It became clear these were locals!
One rule for one, one for another! This man was rude and hypercritical, then proceeded to tell us not to go on our phones, serve food but “not serving food at the minute” it’s all poorly run and the staff are not professional nor welcoming. too many restrictions micromanaging people it did not feel like a pub atmosphere more like a library. Such a shame as the pub itself is a beautiful pub with history to it.

真是太不讲理了！这位男士态度粗鲁，吹毛求疵，然后又告诉我们不能玩手机，不能点餐，但又说“目前不供应食物”。酒吧管理混乱，员工既不专业也不热情。限制太多，管得太细，感觉不像酒吧，更像图书馆。真是可惜，因为酒吧本身很漂亮，也很有历史。
