点评：I used to be a member - 8 years ago and left because the changing rooms were regularly less clean than they should be and some equipment ( foot spas ) didn’t work. Went back to see about joining to see if improved and totally shocked how far this spa has sunk. Changing rooms totally filthy, tiles on the floor literally black everywhere. Nice loungers poolside all gone and a few garden chairs in their place. The jacuzzi inside was brown with foam and the outside jacuzzi so filthy you can’t see the bottom. Staff member showing us round was scruffy and totally disinterested in whether we joined. The tiles in the lobby area were greasy and slippery and I nearly fell twice, again staff member disinterested. Water and ice dispensers not working and dirty towels slung in changing rooms. Disabled shower filthy and rusty. I told the staff member I was shocked at how dirty everywhere was and he really couldn’t care less. Needs closing, cleaning, complete refit and overhaul and then careful cleaning and maintenance it’s a terrible let down
翻译：我八年前是这里的会员，后来因为更衣室经常脏乱不堪，一些设备（比如足浴盆）也坏了而退会。这次回去想看看情况是否有所改善，结果却被这家水疗中心的糟糕程度震惊了。更衣室脏得一塌糊涂，地砖到处都是黑乎乎的。泳池边的躺椅全没了，取而代之的是几把花园椅。室内按摩浴缸里全是泡沫，脏得都看不见底了。带我们参观的工作人员邋遢不堪，对我们是否要加入会员漠不关心。大堂的地砖油腻腻的，滑溜溜的，我差点摔倒两次，工作人员依然无动于衷。饮水机和制冰机都坏了，更衣室里到处都是脏毛巾。残疾人淋浴间又脏又生锈。我跟工作人员说了我对这里的脏乱程度感到震惊，但他却毫不在意。需要关闭、清洁、彻底翻新和大修，然后再进行细致的清洁和维护，真是太令人失望了。
