点评:Mixed feedback. We did the beer tour which was kind of great but way too expensive for what you get out of it, which is:
- a view of the brewery from a pedestrian pathway + a commentary on the history of the brewery
- 5 beer samples
- small plate of snacks
I would have been super happy to pay 10 euro for this level of experience. To charge 20 per person is criminal. If I may offer management areas of improvement:
1. Make it interactive. Help people mix ingredients and go through the process of beer making
2. Let guests fill a bottle of beer and take it home (label, cap and all). The machines were silent! Why not let people use them.
3. Offer decent snacks - fried bread with cheese should be a bare minimum. A single small plate of snacks is not enough.
4. Offer guests an option to score the beer and justify the scoring/ask them to mark flavour or scent notes into a booklet to take home so they know what they liked/disliked
5. Ask people to take the sample glasses home - it’s free advertising for the brewery
6. Dont let guests leave empty handed - give the person the beer they enjoyed most to take home. When you pay 20 euros, Svyturys should be able to spare a 2 euro bottle per guest.
