Catamaran Adventures San Blas的点评
点评：My husband and I with friends (another couple) spent a wonderful five days aboard the Dule Masi with Captain Charles, Chef Anne-Sophie, and First Mate Levi. This is the Salina 48. The trip far exceeded our expectations in terms of natural beauty, blue waters, and fun sailing. Our group snorkeled a ton, kayaked and SUPped a bit, visited local people, and enjoyed beach BBQ and happy hour, and an island restaurant .
The crew took outstanding care of us at all times. Very professional, accommodating, friendly, and personable. Captain Charles obviously loves sailing and is very knowledgeable; he enthusiastically shares about sailing and everything he knows about San Blas Islands. Native to the area, Levi executed his many many first mate duties eagerly and well. This team was dynamite. Chris, as coordinator, made it easy for us from beginning to end with payment, provisioning, and the small flight from PCity.
For our group, we used three bedrooms, which gave us space we desired. Very clean and well maintained. The generator on board was loud, but necessary for our preference for nighttime AC. The rear cockpit where we ate and lounged accommodated us easily. Lounging on the trampolines and enjoying cocktails up front was a highlight, for sure.
We can't say enough about the food and Anne-Sophie! It was uniformly delicious, elegantly presented, thoughtfully prepared, and plentiful. Many meals included fresh-caught fish and lobsters. Amazing what an incredible chef can accomplish in a small galley. Hat tip to Captain Charles for his contributions to our dining experience.

我们对食物和Anne-Sophie赞不绝口！菜肴美味可口，摆盘精致，烹饪用心，而且分量十足。很多餐点都包含新鲜捕捞的鱼和龙虾。令人惊叹的是，一位技艺精湛的厨师竟然能在如此狭小的厨房里做出如此美味的佳肴。感谢Charles船长为我们的用餐体验所做的贡献。
