Reliable and punctual service with highly professional and friendly drivers. Superb - would highly recommend.

点评：Our group of 16 friends hired a private bus from Planeta Azul for 6 days of hiking on Madeira, and the week was an absolute pleasure.
The prices were reasonable and the bus was clean and comfortable, but far more importantly than that, the customer service was excellent, communication and punctuality couldn’t have been better and the drivers themselves were highly professional and a pleasure to be around.
We had Luis Carlos for the first 4 days and Joao for the last 2 days. Both were safe and skilled drivers but also very friendly and approachable, and highly knowledgeable (and willing to impart their local knowledge so we could learn a lot about Madeira from a local’s perspective).
After a bad experience with a different aiport transfer company at the start of the week, we also requested Planeta Azul to bring us back to the airport at the end of the week. Needless to say this also went seamlessly - the bus arrived spot on time and the service matched what we had got used to all week.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Planeta Azul for their professionalism, punctuality, reliability and friendliness
