Center Parcs Whinfell Forest的点评
点评：We had a very mixed experience. Our accommodation was lovely in parts. We had a great hot tub area and lovely pool table in the games room. However, our shower didn’t work and the beds were not comfortable. I think some aspects were disappointing such as no salt and pepper, no soap in bathrooms and very basic storage areas in bedrooms. I feel that the key mechanism was very efficient and the environment was very peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and escape room. We booked the zip wire experience but sadly felt disappointed with the care one of our party received when he requested to exit the zip wire. None of the zip wire staff noticed he was having difficulty and the staff were very slow to respond. We expected a higher level of care. All in all there were highs and lows! The restaurants were excellent and we enjoyed the golf. Mixed experiences for us!
