点评：We stayed near Leyburn in our caravan and Inspirations Chocolate factory was on our list to see. Went in, very friendly and approachable staff, bought some bars of chocolate which was fabulous!
Loved the chocolate so much, we bought a chocolate making experience to create our own luxury truffles.
We had so much fun! Many thanks to our Master Chocolatier Amy, we made 8 filled truffles and a large lollipop.
The whole experience was the best time spent on holiday!
I brought a bottle of Tarquin’s Cornish Gin with blackberries with me and the owners let me put a couple of drops of gin in the truffles. The owners have never had a good result with gin, but let me try anyway to see how it went.
It went really well and I ended up making blackberry gin infused chocolates 🤩They were amazing, can you let Amy know she was 100% right about adding the blackberry gin to the apple puree? They were gorgeous!!
Thanks again, we will be back!
