Relaxing Day - but make sure to get a confirmation email

点评：We visited for a Couples Signature Spa Day between Christmas and New Year.
The day included a 50 minute treatment (choice from a range of options), access to the gym/pool/sauna/steam room from 10AM-5PM (though no pressure to leave on time), and a main from the "light lunch" options on the restaurant menu. Price was reasonable, and was the best reviews for Spas in the area.
Facilities were great and clean, spa treatment massage was gorgeous and staff were friendly. Pool was lovely and warm and wasn't busy (until 4PM when hotel guests/families were allowed in, but that was only the last hour). Relaxing day, felt free to be able to spend how we wanted. A treat to be allowed to eat and wander round in our robes!!
Disappointed however with the booking process. I rang and booked through QHotels number (as advised by the website). They said they couldn't give a confirmation email, but I rang the Spa directly several times in the run up to the day to request a confirmation. Said they would send an email but it never came through.
Luckily on the day the booking was fine however I was charged double the amount I thought it was supposed to be. I spoke to the Spa reception and I was correct - they had mistakenly put it through twice so I had a refund on the overcharge. Staff were speedy and apologetic to amend this but it didn't help to start the relaxing day.
I also was told over the phone that the price included a 2 course light lunch for both of us, however we only got 1 course for free on the day. We did get a complimentary glass of prosecco each though.
Also the website suggests it's only a 4 hour experience, but it was all day.
Overall a lovely day, but just a bit of miscommunication between the QHotels booking team, the website, and the Spa itself. I would recommend getting a confirmation email, and then will be a great day!

幸运的是，当天预订一切正常，但我被收取了双倍的费用。我联系了水疗中心前台，确认我的理解没错——他们误操作了两次，所以多收的钱退还给了我。工作人员很快就帮我解决了这个问题，并表示歉意，但这并没有影响我原本轻松愉快的体验。
另外，电话里他们说价格包含我们两人的两道菜式简餐，但当天我们只享用了一道免费菜。不过，我们每人都获赠了一杯普罗塞克起泡酒。
网站上说体验时长只有4小时，但实际上却是一整天。
总的来说，这一天很愉快，只是QHotels预订团队、网站和水疗中心之间沟通有点问题。我建议大家一定要收到确认邮件，这样才能拥有完美的体验！
