Looked on line spanlooked gorgeous. WOW how they mis-sell the word being WOW an understatement.
Paid £70!each for 4 of us.
This place needs shutting down I’ve never ever seen anything like it.
It a hazard zone very dirty old damp EVWRYWHERE, broken tiles, stained carpets, walls, ceilings. Everything out of order. I just need other people to see DO NOY BOOK, photographs say it all.
Staff unfriendly, the manager in desk was unwelcoming looked like she’d crack if she even give a bit of a smile.
We got 2 tiny cakes each still frozen looked like they was from Iceland.
No melon or fruit on arrival. The water dispensers were filthy. Please avoid I am going through traders standards a waste of our time & jouney to something we had all been looking forward to. Still in shock

我们四个人，每人花了70英镑！
这个地方应该关门大吉，我从来没见过这么糟糕的地方。
简直是个危险区域，到处又脏又旧又潮湿，瓷砖破了，地毯、墙壁、天花板上都是污渍。所有东西都乱七八糟的。我只想让其他人也看看，千万别去！照片足以说明一切。
员工态度很差，前台经理冷冰冰的，一副要是露出一点笑容就会崩溃的样子。
我们每人只拿到了两个小蛋糕，还是冻着的，看起来像是从冰岛超市买的。
到的时候没有瓜果。饮水机脏得要命。请大家千万别去！我已经向商家投诉了，浪费了我们宝贵的时间和旅程，我们本来一直很期待的。现在还觉得很震惊。
