luxury relaxing experience (signature spa day)

点评：I went on the signature full day spa. I had looked at tripadvisor beforehand and found mixed reviews. I think some people are disappointed when they don't get everything as in the photos on the website (however this depends which spa package you choose as the private suites and hot tubs are not included in all packages).
For the signature day I was shown to a private suite which was lovely and very big. There was a private shower/loo/mirror area to dry hair with hairdryer and straighteners, a double treatment room, lounge area with table, chairs and sofa and an outdoor garden area with a hot tub.
On arrival I was brought fresh fruit and some cakes. Both my treatments (massage and facial) were done in my suite and were lovely. Lunch was plentiful and really yummy (tapas). They had no issue dealing with my dietary requirements. There were complimentary soft drinks in the fridge although a lady would come by every so often to see if I wanted anything else. I loved using the private hot tub. My only slight reservation is that the shutters that make the garden area totally private were cable tied open so not totally private. I visited the thermal spa areas too which were pleasant, although a couple of sauna rooms were unavailable. The pool was very nice as was the jacuzzi area and floating beds. There was also a quiet room with beds, but I didn't really require this with the private suite. Overall a really relaxing experience and therefore will be returning for another signature spa day soon. I totally recommend the signature package if you just want to totally unwind and destress.
