Disappointing drop in standards and inexperienced staff

点评：This standard of this 5 hour visit was a real shame as I’ve enjoyed this spa many times in the past, but on this occasion I left feeling very disappointed. We visited December for the afternoon experience, 2:30-7:30, although we left early.
First of all the restaurant service was really poor with no greeting, no manners and long waits to order - I had to remind the waitress twice to take our order. Very inexperienced staff who need training urgently. Prosecco was served without proper glasses and the food was dry, tasteless and appeared reheated. Reception staff were similar in terms of a lack of interest, with the exception of one member of staff who was trying her best.
Several facilities were not working, including one of the saunas, experience showers, changing room showers (worked but cold) and toilets which were all blocked and filthy. The hydro pool was also cold. There were no signs or explanations, which was frustrating.
Worst of all, a door to the hotel was left propped open, allowing non-spa guests to freely use the thermal suite. This caused overcrowding and was infuriating after paying a such high price for the experience. I saw at least 8 young lads wander in and use the facilities - no robes or slippers, clearly not spa guests.
