点评:My partner and I booked in for a spa day Sunday February 11th.
On arrival we were told the hydrotherapy pool was out of order and we would receive an email to come back to use the facilities (which I still haven’t received). When we were told this we were understanding of the situation, but the day seemed to get worse as it went on.
The shower experience wasn’t working, most of the jets were broken & one of the saunas was out of use.
We booked in for a scalp, neck & shoulder massage. My partner said his was awful and had to ask the therapist to apply more pressure, which she didn’t. He said it was easily the worst massage he’s ever had.
The welnamis bed was part of the package which quite honestly was a waste of time & money.
To finish the morning we went for lunch which I understood was a buffet. However the only option was mezze which I couldn’t eat most of as I’m pregnant with no other options available.
This was a Christmas present for my partner and we were both extremely disappointed with the whole morning. And it certainly wasn’t worth £200.
I have been emailing the spa manager Laura Stanners who firstly told me I had to contact a company since it was a Black Friday voucher that was used, when I asked for the contact details of the company she could not provide them which I find worrying. She then told me that she would discuss this with accounts with regards to a refund and then provide no further details. Finally she told me that she would contact me on 3/4/24 and failed to do so.
She continues to ignore my emails with regards to my complaint and request for a refund. The whole place is an absolute shambles & the customer service is the worst part of it.
Save your money and go elsewhere!!
