点评：An absolute hidden gem. I’ve only been once before in the spring when there were beautiful flowers everywhere. Going in early autumn is just as breathtaking, but in a different way. Not many flowering bushes as you would expect at this time of year, but the gardens are still just as breath taking, with all the different greens, it is truly stunning. The gardens have been clearly nurtured through love and dedication. There are many unusual plants/bushes as-well as your favourites. The apples trees are so interesting. Each one has different apples, which of course this time of year were in fruit, do have a look at the Medler Fruit Tree, I have never seen anything like it. Absolutely fascinating. To access the garden via Menai Bridge, You drive up through beautiful park land not realising what you are going to see. I cannot recommend these gardens highly enough. It is a must for all visitors to Beautiful Anglesey. Do check opening times on their web page as not open every day. Prices also very reasonable. They have a lovely tea room overlooking the gardens. Food is freshly made and of a high standard. Lovely sitting out area with up to date toilets and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The owner has very sympathetically tried his best to make the gardens wheelchair/pushchair accessible, but be prepared the paths are very steep in places. Also for those ambulant visitors, but limited, there are some steep steps. You are warned about this on the web site, so it’s your choice. Do visit these amazing gardens, you won’t be disappointed 😁
