点评：Gammelstad’s Nederlulea church was a majestic structure with a beautifully designed interior. There was a lot of intricate work on a screen with beautiful colours outlined with a prominent gold touch, at the alter area. The walls including the vaulted ceiling were beautifully painted with many murals with a faded or dull appearance which blended extremely nicely with the rest of the interior of the church. Pulpit was also very decorative. Organ pipes were massive and impressive. The church had an attractive square shaped tower as the belfry which was plastered and in two colours. From its base it was painted white to an upper level and yellowish beige beyond. At the upper level “DEO GLORIA” was written on all four sides. The church had neatly kept lawns and the entire compound was surrounded by a protective rock wall. Church had been built with coloured stones and the steep roof had slate for roofing which we assumed to be of wood. It was a serene and very peaceful place.
