Our stay at Rudding Park was truly magical and the perfect way to celebrate our first anniversary together. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel so welcome, relaxed and genuinely cared for — nothing was too much trouble and everyone was warm, friendly and attentive.
A very special thank you to Sam Lewis, Resort Housekeeping Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel incredibly special. His attention to detail, kindness and thoughtfulness added a beautiful personal touch that made our anniversary even more memorable. You can really feel the pride he takes in ensuring guests have the best possible experience.
We absolutely loved exploring Rudding Hall and learning about its history. Being able to wander the stunning grounds, visit the beautifully kept onsite church, and soak up the peaceful surroundings made the whole experience feel so special and unique.
The Rooftop Spa was simply outstanding. We were lucky enough to enjoy it both in daylight and in the evening. We even got up early hoping to watch the sunrise — it was cloudy after snowfall, but that only made the scenery more magical as everything looked dusted and sparkling. The different saunas, the fun and refreshing shower experiences, the oxygen room, and the incredible hydrotherapy pool overlooking the grounds were all perfect. Sitting in the warm water watching birds eating berries in the trees made us feel so close to nature and completely relaxed. The fact that you can also enjoy cocktails and prosecco while soaking it all in made us feel utterly spoiled.
Rudding Park isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Romantic, relaxing, beautifully run and full of thoughtful touches. We will treasure this anniversary forever and cannot wait to return. 💕
