Fantastic snow mobile and snow shoeing experiences

点评：We went on a night time snow mobile ride and also snow shoeing as part of a package with Transun. Both were excellent with clear and friendly instructions.
The night time snow mobile ride was a 3 hour experience starting on a frozen lake to get used to steering, keeping distance between etc, then we headed to an upland area. It was really exciting with heavy snowfall which cleared to reveal a clear starry sky and some aurora spotting. We stopped on the hill in a refuge hut to drink the usual hot fruit drink and have a snack by an open fire. It was an amazing experience and one our family group will never forget. Sitting on a snow mobile in the dark on a frozen lake looking at the stars and the northern lights was utterly magical. My mum is in her 70s with mobility issues but one of our guides helped her onto the snow mobile and looked after her throughout. Coats, mittens and balaclavas were provided and I felt warm even in the middle of a blizzard.
The snow shoeing was up some hills on a stunning sunny day. It was really fun with stunning views of the frozen lakes beneath us. I loved it so much and I would love to do more snow shoeing in the future.
My only small criticism would the photos taken by the guide on the night trip weren't great but they were free so not a big deal.
