Terrible service, very disappointing

点评：I had a booking for the glamping experience, and unfortunately, the day before our trip I was contacted and informed that, due to weather conditions, we would be unable to stay there. I was told we could either be moved to another cabin or reschedule the glamping experience for a later date at no extra cost.
When I asked to reschedule, I was informed that they were unsure when the glamping experience would be available again and instead offered a voucher. As this booking was meant to be a birthday surprise, this was extremely disappointing. Since we were unable to confirm another suitable date, I requested a refund.
They confirmed that a refund would be issued, but it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive it. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This is especially frustrating, as I was genuinely excited to visit this place. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication and lack of follow-through, I will not be returning and cannot recommend staying here.
