Not worth it! Super disappointing, lackluster service, mediocre shakes. They get points ONLY for the cinnamon rolls

点评：What an epic disappointment! The cinnamon rolls were amazing, yes, but that’s the only reason they get even two stars. Service was non-existent. The girls working there were unwelcoming and the shake window girl acted like we were annoying her with being there. The shakes were dull, hardly any flavor. Not worth over six bucks we paid for a small. I’d rather go to Chick-fil-a! Also, if you want to go, don’t go when school is getting out (3:45pm on the Thursday we went; not sure if that’s a special time or regular time… seems kind of late). They are right across the road from a middle school and traffic was horrible. What could improve? How about smiles and cheerful greetings? Also, when a child spills their shake because of the funky edge of the bench they tried to set it down on, just give them a new one—don’t make us pay again! That would have been good service. The girl didn’t even comment like “ooh I’m so sorry!” She just said blandly, “Um ok. Did you want to order another one?” Well yeah I’m not going to let my kid’s mistake make them miss out on a treat everyone else is eating. They wouldn’t even give us a small sample of the coffee they sold by the pound so we could see if we liked it. There was another customer who asked for a cup of water and the shake girl told her she could buy a bottle for a buck fifty! Dude, give a little cup of tap water. Don’t be rude! Awful experience here; no idea why they have such high ratings.
