点评：I had my son’s birthday party here on May 23rd, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The party felt chaotic and poorly prepared from the start. Even though we arrived early and provided the bowler list and shoe sizes, the shoes were not ready, so I had to keep running back and forth to get everyone set up. The names I had entered into the bowling system were erased right at the start of the party, and the kids’ bumpers were turned off, which caused more delays.
The biggest issue was that our party room was booked until 2:20, but around 1:35 guests were told the party was over. Food and drinks were taken away, and some guests started packing up and leaving while we were still doing presents and cake. Once the server checked the paperwork, they realized we did still have the room, but by then the party had already been disrupted.
I also felt very uncomfortable with how payment was handled. Instead of letting us enjoy the party and pay at the end, the server repeatedly came after us for payment, including while my child was opening gifts and while we were trying to watch our kids in the arcade.
I was also disappointed with how the guest count issue was handled. A young child who did not bowl, receive shoes, or use a game card was still counted, and management was unwilling to make any adjustment. The policy was not made clear beforehand, and both the manager and server came across as rude rather than helpful.
Overall, this was supposed to be a fun and easy birthday celebration for my son, but instead it felt stressful, disorganized, and poorly managed. As of now, I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking a party here to reconsider. I will update this review if a reasonable solution is offered, but at this point, the experience did not match what we paid for.
