点评：My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel, and the security guard recommended this place to us. It’s perfect if you’ve forgotten to pack something or feel like wandering around some shops for a while. There are several food options, including McDonald’s and other chains, as well as an outdoor food market with live music. Prices there are a bit higher than in the basement food market, though.
The real magic is downstairs. The basement food market serves authentic Thai cuisine, all cooked fresh to order. Half of the stalls accept cash, while the others require payment via a prepaid card. On our first visit, we loaded 200 Baht onto the card and enjoyed an absolute feast—yet we only spent 160 Baht, and the remaining balance carries over. It does get busy, so grab a table when you see one. Stalls close at 9:00 pm; it’s well worth a visit.
