点评:The WORST customer service I’ve ever had. I got an 80 minute massage which was wonderful but after I went to pay and they informed me that I got a CBD lotion add on. I told them I did not ask for that nor wanted that because I’m breastfeeding and it is not allowed when breastfeeding. I wanted them to ask the lady who gave me the massage and they told me they couldn’t interrupt her service. Well when it comes to my 6 months old health I don’t really care about interrupting a service. I asked to talk to the manager and she never came out (her name was Hannah) instead someone else came out and said “oh yea I talked to her it was a mistake”. Well I paid and left and on my way home I called to talk to the manager and with attitude she said “You didn’t get CBD she accidentally put that instead of the hot stones you received.” Well I also did not get hot stones just a normal 80 minute massage. I asked to talk to the lady who actually gave me the massage because clearly there was miscommunication and I never got a call back. The manager just kept saying “don’t worry we didn’t charge you for the hot stones”. Making it seem like I didn’t want to pay for an up-charge. Money was never the issue in the first place. Getting CBD while breastfeeding is the issue. I’m extremely unhappy with the management and WILL NEVER be back and tell everyone else not to go here again.
