EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Kats Tours!

点评：My husband and I vacationed in Panama two months ago and we both highly recommend Kats Tours. I work full time and my husband is retired so he worked with Katia directly on all of the accommodations and tour planning. I was not disappointed with any of her suggestions or the final package that she put together for us. In fact I think she did an outstanding job!
The entire time that she spent with us Katia presented herself in a friendly and positive upbeat manner, and she was courteous and respectful of our time. She never once kept us waiting! She has great knowledge of her country, and we were amazed at how easily, yet enthusiastically, she is to point out and explain all of the historical facts about her beloved Panama.
On our way to various destinations Katia would often make stops along the way to point of interest that she thought we may want to see, or learn about. Like the famous statues and buildings, fish market, and even a toucan sitting on a log on the ground about 30 feet from us, as well as a family of 5 Coatis, and once I rolled my window down and chirped at them, they came running up to her car. It was absolutely amazing!
Katia is an expert at getting around, she knows her routes extremely well. She and her team will get you where you need to be on time and hassle free. If you are looking for exceptional customer service, and at a reasonable cost, then I’d check out Kats Tours. I’ve done nothing but rave about Kats Tours to my friends, family and coworkers since we’ve been back.
When we go back to Panama, we most definitely will be using Kats Tours again! SUCH A HASSLE FREE AND POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!
