点评：They prefer cash (adults $14, children $8, food bags $2) although eftpos is available. There is a cafe on site. The cafe area could do with de-cluttering. My impression was it just seemed dark and overly cluttered, the counter was piled high with items, empty fish/chick tanks about; not light, bright and airy and not somewhere I would feel comfortable to eat. The toilet room off the verandah didn't seem clean and had stuff stored in the corner. There is a general air of tiredness about the place; an inexpensive tidy-up and revamp would go a long way. The bird aviaries make up most of the park, and I did feel a bit sad that they were quite small and dark. In one, a pheasant was anxiously pacing back and forth but could only take 3-4 steps before it had to turn around. There weren't as many animals as we expected (we saw goats, kangaroos, emus, alpacas, Highland cows, and rabbits) but this may vary depending what animals have been rescued. Our youngster enjoyed feeding the goats/alpacas and patting the rabbits. Overall, it's a good way for children to interact with animals and there is so much potential for the park to be modernised into an attractive and welcoming destination even if it meant a slight increase in entry fee.
