I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding one of your tour guides and the practices described during a recent investigation at Sachs Bridge.
While visiting Sachs Bridge on my own, my friend and I were approached by a guide representing your company. While he was initially friendly, the conversation quickly became concerning when he began detailing his methods during investigations.
Specifically, he stated that he had previously drawn a pentagram on Eisenhower Bridge, lit candles, used a Ouija board, and placed a salt barrier along the bridge. We expressed our immediate concern to him, as these practices carry significant risks—not only physically with open flame and property, but spiritually by potentially trapping energy or inviting negative entities that could endanger tour guests, independent visitors, and lingering spirits alike.
When asked for his details, he stated he worked for After Dark Investigations and gave his name as "Jackson." However, after reviewing the "Our Team" page on your website, the individual we spoke with appears to match the description/photo of Malcolm. Because it was dark, I cannot be 100% certain of his exact facial features, but I wanted to provide this detail for your internal follow-up.
I was not a paying customer on a tour that evening, but as someone present at the location, I felt it was crucial to share this information. These actions strike me as unsafe, reckless, and disrespectful to both the site and the people visiting it. I hope management looks into this matter to ensure all investigations conducted under your name adhere to safe and respectful protocols.
