点评：1) Bat Walk - no bats and only one bat detector between 5 people - asked for a refund and as yet they are refusing. they have said I can go on another night but I have lost all confidence in their bat walks - it feels like a scam to me. Management rude and won't take responsibility - if I get a refund i'll post on here to be fair to Bodenham and to show that they are playing fair. I think Bodenham must be losing money as a business if they can't refund £25 for a bat walk with no bats. Why should I have to go on another night after I've already wasted one night - its insulting. The email I had from the management was quite aggressive.
2) Please note - cafe is farm to fork - the animals you see at the farm and around the arboretum end up being killed for the cafe. I didn't realise until my last visit. Also had two slices of stale Victoria sponge - ruined my day.

I use to love this place but recent experience in the cafe and not being refunded for the bat walk has put me off. Don't know what is going on but its not the nice place it use to be - let's hope Bodenham take note
