Lovely Zoo Spider Monkey Encounter Disappointing.

点评：The zoo is wonderful with a good variety of animals. You could wander around all day if you wanted to. This is the second time we have visited and last time we did the Meerkat Encounter which was the highlight of our visit. This time I booked 2 Encounters for my Granddaughter. I chose the Spider Monkeys and the Meerkats. The Spider Monkey Encounter was very disappointing as there was very little engagement from the keeper who took us in. He took photos but never once told us to look up when he took them, so when we went to pick up our photo package we were given the choice of three terrible photos of us both looking down at the monkeys, needless to say we didn’t purchase any and had one awful photo to take home. The Meerkat Encounter was again fabulous and the keeper was very engaging, telling my Granddaughter and Daughter to look up when she snapped the photos so we got fantastic photos for them to treasure. The Encounters are expensive so a bit more thought into telling customers when you are taking the photos would be appreciated to avoid disappointment.
