点评：We visited around noon with our children, including our 2-year-old. I paid as an adult specifically to assist my toddler on the ice. After getting everyone into skates, our youngest became very upset and refused to step onto the ice. Not wanting to force a distressed child, we removed the skates and politely asked reception for a refund.
Despite explaining that we had not used the ice or facilities at all, the staff refused and were dismissive. Before paying, I had asked if a 2-year-old could skate and was encouraged to purchase skates and a penguin aid, costing over £20 for an activity we never actually did.
They didn’t return my money back, after spoke with a manager not polite ether they promised a free entry for next time for an adult, no receipt was provided — only my name written in a notebook with a vague promise of free entry next time. Overall, a frustrating experience and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend.
