点评：This art studio is located in an ideal location... in the SAM building... which means it has a great car park. From here though it's a hop, skip and a jump to Victoria Lake. So you can either drive to the location and enjoy what's on offer, or you could be out walking and enjoying the natural area and make a brief stop here.
I was really looking forward to visiting ... but it just wasn't as I expected. There were a few pieces that I found interesting, but nothing jumped out for me. It probably doesn't help that SAM has an incredible indigenous expedition that showcases some of the finest works in the country. It's a difficult space to sit in with that much competition nearby.
Still... I feel that if it's open that you should stop in and visit... one thing you need to be wary of is that they will have the open sign up and it's closed. I went to revisit the business in case perhaps that I had missed something eye-catching but it was not open... even with the sign out indicating it was.
As with most galleries, the artwork will evolve so at times it will be better than others... I think I just visited it during one of those 'flat' times.
