点评：My daughter went to Dublin CA with some friends. My daughter and her friends are all minor (14 years old). It is a party and we expect only a one time fee. However, we just found out that they sold a membership to my daughter (a minor) without parental consent. It is illegal to do that in CA. However, they seem don't care. I contacted the membership office to cancel the membership and try to get a two month membership fee refund, but no luck. Their records say that my wife sign up the membership for my daughter. This is completely untrue, we wife has never step into their store ever. Somehow they can fabricate that record. The only possible thing that I can think of is they ask my daughter to click on some button on their monitor. How can they expect a 14 year-old can understand the contract terms? They simply play trick with the customers.
