点评：Absurd cancellation policy. You have to cancel membership before 20th of the month. I cancelled on the 1st (which is before 20th) I still have to pay for September and October despite giving
a month notice. Company does not take into consideration personal circumstances of people, they only care about their financial benefit.
I hope my two months worth of membership will be spend on improving changing facilities and repairing the broken lockers as hardly any of them work.
Money has been recently spent on tachy disco lighting in the exercise studios and outside blinds to make the place look like a bunker. One of not many reasons I was going to the gym was becuse of the light coming through and views of the park. There is already one dark yoga studio .
Lots of comments on social media asking for upgrades in changing rooms and improving hygiene standards. Maybe you should listen to the customers instead of wasting money on disco vibes.
Update on modern classes is also needed.
Classes are old fashioned and some of them boring. If I have to pay money for 45 minutes of squads and jumping jacks I rather stay at home put YouTube on and have much better workout.
