Amazing Experience at ESCAPE Penang – Special Thanks to Mr. Ali!

点评：I visited ESCAPE Penang yesterday and had such a wonderful experience that I feel it deserves a proper review.
Right from the entrance, Mr. Ali stood out. He managed the crowd from the very beginning until the end with such professionalism and warmth. His hospitality was truly top-notch — friendly, fair, and attentive to everyone. You can tell he loves his job and genuinely enjoys meeting people. I really hope ESCAPE recognizes his excellent service because it made a huge difference to our visit.
The rest of the ESCAPE team also deserves a big applause. At every attraction, the staff followed SOPs and safety procedures strictly, which made us feel very safe throughout the day. It’s clear that they’ve been well-trained and that the management treats their staff well, because their positive attitude shows in the way they treat guests.
The environment was great, the attractions were fun, and I had an amazing time with my girl. I will definitely be coming back — not just because of the park itself, but because the staff truly gave their best.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and memorable experience at ESCAPE Penang!
